2.1. Product Descriptions: We specialize in a variety of banana breads and muffins. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. 

2.2. Upcoming Products: Information regarding "Upcoming Products" is subject to change. Release dates and final ingredients may vary from initial announcements. 

2.3. Availability: All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Food Safety and Allergens

3.1. Compliance: We maintain strict food safety standards in accordance with NSW regulatory requirements and SQF (Safe Quality Food) protocols. 

3.2. Allergen Warning: Our products are prepared in a facility that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, and eggs. While we follow rigorous cross-contamination prevention procedures, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. 

3.3. Ingredient Lists: Detailed ingredient lists for specific products are available upon request or as labelled on packaging.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

4.2. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

4.3. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer and Debit Card payments at this stage. However, our payment methods are subject to change, we will provide a proof of purchase upon payment or upon request.

5. Delivery and Pick-up

5.1. Location: Local pick-up is available at our Ingleburn facility (Please see pick-up address in section 10). 

5.2. Delivery Area: We currently deliver Australia wide. However, delivery fees may vary in accordance to delivery location and/or order volume. 

5.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased, pass to you upon our delivery, courier pick-up or upon local pick-up.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Perishable Goods: Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we generally do not accept returns. 

6.2. Quality Issues: If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Ownership: All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Papa Joe's Bakehouse and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Disclaimer: Papa Joe's Bakehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. 

8.2. Maximum Liability: In no case shall our liability exceed the price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
